If you cannot update your software using the automatic update that HWK offers you, then I suggest you to perform a fresh installation of the software. Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program > search HWK and hit uninstall. After that download this application from its official webpage. Once the download is completed, open the setup file and start the installation process once again.
