In order to recover your password and access your phone, navigate to NQ Mobile web page, click the Forgot Password? link and follow the on-screen instructions. Check the official forum for further information. If you get a malware notification when accessing the first link, just ignore it. I have browsed the page and it's working just fine. Also, if you can't access your device using the recovered password, you will need to perform a factory reset. Turn the phone off, press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously and wait the Recovery menu to appear. Select Wipe data/Factory restore option and restart the device after the process is complete.
