I have downloaded a few apps. When reached to 100%, it doesn't install on a Droid Razor Mini. Why?

I have downloaded a few apps. When reached to 100%, it doesn't install on a Droid Razor Mini. Why?

You need to enable an option in your system's configuration before you can actually install unsigned applications. Go to Settings > Security and tap on the Unknown sources then you can install your applications.
