I have the EZ Tape Converter 2 / EZ Audio Converter. I used this unit successfully 2 years ago with no problems. It has been sitting idle for a year and I wanted to use it again but both play decks are running at a high speed and I can't get it to play tapes at the regular speed. Any suggestions?

According to the official support website, there are some cases while using turntables without 78 rpm settings, in which you will need to use a third party tool like Audacity to properly edit your files. In this case, after you installed the Audacity application and recorded the song that you want, you need to open the program, go to Edit > Select and choose All. Next, you need to open the Effect menu, choose Change Speed and select 78, then press OK.

If this isn't your case, contact the developer using information from the official website for further support.
