I locked my blu studio by drawing too many patterns and now they are asking for Google email and password. Unfortunately, I don't have one. What do i do?

You will need to perform a Factory Reset operation. Power off the phone then press Volume Down and Power button until you are being asked if you want to enter Recovery mode or not. Access Recovery and select Wipe Data/ Factory reset. This will wipe all the data and custom settings from the phone making it usable again.
