FastStone Capture only works for the left side of the window.

Question

I used FastStone Capture 4.8 for years. I was very happy with its capture, it became my must-have tool. It worked well on Windows XP and my old computer with Windows 7. Since I installed it into my new computer under Windows 7, I have a problem with it. I try capturing a part of the screen, I select the rectangle tool, but when I locate the picture, FastStone enlarge the screen to the right, therefore, I only can capture the left side of the screen. How can I fix this?

The version that is available to be downloaded from the Software Informer application's page was tested on Windows 7 Ultimate on 64-bit and it worked without any issues. All the features of the program worked fine. I suggest you download and install the latest version available. The problems that you are experiencing may be caused by an internal error of the application. You can visit the official website to learn more about the application.
