I bought MobileMapper for Windows XP and Windows Vista, but now I have Windows 7. Where can I get an update for MobileMapper and Microsoft ActiveSync?

The latest version of the software that is available to download from Software Informer's page was tested on Windows 7 on 64-bit and no compatibility error was encountered. You can try to download and install this version. The latest version of the Microsoft ActiveSync is available to download from the official website. However, the latest version (4.5) was released on the 13th of February 2010.
