The computer can find and download RINEX data from CORS, but errors out during processing the files for Post Processing of data. Is that because of a 32-bit/64-bit compatibility?
There is a full guide where you can see the exact steps you have to take in order to process the data. It's not certain if there is a problem because of the 32 or 64bit working mode. I recommend downloading the PDF file where you can see the proper way to process CORS data.

If you believe it's a 32 or 64bit compatibility problem, right click the software and select Properties > Compatibility. Choose a version of Windows prior to the one you currently use and attempt to launch it this way.
