Yes, Tiff Converter 3000 will be capable of converting a TIFF image as long as it's recognizes the header and format. As long as the image is in TIF/TIFF format, the software will recognize and convert it to the format you want. If the software allows it, you can even open the JPEG file to perform conversion. There isn't pretty much of a difference between these files and Tiff Converter 3000 should be able to convert it.
