It's impossible to improve the quality or the speed of the streaming channel. As far as I know, on that side of the world, the Internet is pretty limited and the download limits are too small to enjoy a full streaming TV channel. You can't ask all other viewers to stop watching. Additionally, this could be a problem with the stream source. If many users watch it concurrently, then the speed and the quality will gradually decrease with each viewer.
