Actually, that code needs to be entered to factory reset the device, but if you don't want to use it, turn off the phone and press Volume UP + Power until the Recovery mode appears. Select Wipe data/Factory Reset and then reboot the phone and you will have access to it. The initial configuration needs to be followed.
