I have an Eagle Eye tablet with Android OS and it's showing too many attempts. I can't boot that stuff and I am fed up with this device! Does anybody know how to hard reset that stuff?

Please turn off the tablet then press Volume Up + Power Button until the Android logo appears. Once the Recovery Menu loaded, select Wipe Data / Factory Reset using the volume buttons. Select and wipe the tablet then you can use it again.
