Cytogenomics: Interpretation and reporting.

I want to ask a question about the result interpretations after an aCGH experiment. If in the human reference DNA showed a deletion/amplification, the same region results amplified/deleted in the experimental gDNA. How should I interpret the results? Do I have to exclude this region from the analysis?

You will have to download the PDF file used as Reference Guide where all the features and procedures are explained for Agilent CytoGenomics. Download the PDF file then use the CTRL + F to locate the information you need. Make sure that you also have a compatible PDF reader installed in your computer for this procedure.
