Interpretation of results from AutoVue Innova.

We've been using AutoVue Innova for months only and we are experiencing 0.5 results in ABO, reserve group, XM, Antibody ID. Can you help us? How can we limit these questionable results, because when we repeat the exam in BioVue it will give us negative results? Is it possible also to double spin the cassette in semiautomated method to have a clearer cassette interpretation?

The software has been released in 2004 and since then, the developer didn't release anything related to AutoVue. It means the support for the program actually doesn't exist and the only way now is to contact the developer using the available methods. I recommend checking the official website to obtain the latest information.
