Unfortunately, you can't download postcodes and speed camera warnings to your Pnavi 7" GPS device because there isn't an online resource available for this purpose. Also, from what it seems there isn't any tool designed to download this kind of data to the GPS device. I recommend you contact the developers and ask for instructions.
