Need Help with "Encoding Settings".

Is there an English tutorial / user guide? Specifically, what settings would you recommend to get my original (1920 x 800) 1.5G - 2.5G size Video (.mkv) to a 1920 x 1080 resolution? I want to keep original quality, as much as possible, without having the original file size doubled in size (+ 4.7G). What can I do?

Unfortunately, there is no User Manual available for this product. The developer didn't released one. However, you can check the following Q & A page to find an solution for your problem.
