This is actually a codec problem and can be fixed by switching it to something else similar or you could access the settings of the coded to configure it normally. If you don't have any other codecs, I recommend using Combined Community Codec Pack. Of course, there are other codecs as well, but this one is known to offer support and flexibility for the used application and besides that, it's compatible and available for most of the audio or video tools.
