If you experience this error, it means the driver is not compatible or it's wrongly installed in your computer. Go to Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc) and locate the device under the Network category. Right click it and select Uninstall, then check the Software option as well. Reboot the PC, download the new driver from the official website install it, plug the USB device and it should work accordingly.
