I have a slow Internet connection and I am unable to open Windows App Store. Is there a way so that I can download the apps offline without going to Windows App Store?
No, you cannot download the Metro applications from third party sources. You can only use Windows 8 Store application to download the applications to your computer. Microsoft especially developed the application to deliver Metro apps this way.
