Self assigning using TransNet.

Using Standalone TransNet I have been unable to "self-assign" using the Search Criteria. I feel I'm missing something in the setup in order to do this, but what I have no idea. What should I do?

There are a few troubleshooting posts on the Internet regarding the Dictaphone EXC TransNET, but none refer to the actual problem. If you have the software installed, the only way to attempt a possible solution is through the Help section available within the application. Press F1 or go to Help > Contents. Switch to the Search tab and enter self assign. This is the only way to obtain information about this "issue".
