Firstly, you need to check if the sound is working on your computer. Go to Device Manager and check if the driver is installed correctly. Secondly, access the Settings menu of the application and make sure that the default OUTPUT device is selected. If you still encounter issues with the application, then you might need to contact the seller/hospital/IT Administrator. One of them should give you the information required to fix the problem with the software. I recommended this way, because the software isn't available for public downloading or any operation related to download and support.
