Snapchat score hasn't changed.

Snapchat score has stayed the same for more than a week but best friends haven't changed. Why is this happening?

The best friend category represents the list of users who you snap the most. All the snaps you send have a value that is added to the total score. The score is updated every week. If the score hasn't changed, neither has the best friends list. The list of best friends will change after a score update.
