How to control the brightness of the display?

How to control the brightness of the display? I have a USB LED Display control card which is connected to my PC/laptop? I'm currently using LED Center v8.01.

If the USB LED Display control card is connected to your PC, launch the software, wait for it to recognize the connected device and click the Brightness button next to Hardware. After that, use the enter image description here bar to configure the brightness/lightness from 0% to 100%. Once you select the desired brightness, click the Send button.
