BeoConnect is not able to connect anymore.

I have a new modem/router, but with the same username and password BeoConnect is not able to connect anymore. Also, the sound is not working. I tried without success to add it manually. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, remove the software from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and download and install its latest version from the official web page. Scroll down to Download button, check the provided box and download and install the software following the on-screen instructions. After that, select your language using the drop-down list below the User Guide and use the manual to configure the software. Also, if the sound problem persists, go to Start, type dxdiag and open the utility. Click the Sound tab, check your audio card model and download and install the latest drivers from the developer's page.
