Once you install and launch the program, check the box next to English flag and then click I Accept:

Once you do this, the software will change its interface to English and you will be able to draw a map using the on-screen steps.
After you select the language, you will need to select one from the three options that will help you draw a map:

You have the possibility to digitize a scanned image (map), to modify an existing Phildigit map or to import a base map using the provided formats. If you select the first option, the map image will need to use BMP, JPG, GIF, or TIF as file format. Once you import the map image, add a digitization layer using the Add button, save it as AI format and use the pen icon from the Tools menu to draw elements on map:
Once you finish, you will have the possibility to add, move or delete the points added by you using the new tools from the same menu:

After you finish the process, you can save the map using the Export menu:
