This behavior might be caused by a malfunction of the signal receiver. Try to turn OFF your phone and keep it like this for a couple of minutes. If after you turn it ON, the same problem occurs, it's advised to contact a specialized service immediately. Regarding this matter there is nothing that you can do on your own.
