A 'no service' error is encountered when the phone is locked to a specific network only. The only people allowed to unlock the phone will be the ones from where you bought the phone from (usually the carrier) or a phone service where they have all the support tools required for the job.

You can unlock it from any of the service provider like Theunlockarena.com who provides unlock code in online. After unlocking it, you can use your Samsung with other GSM networks.
