In order to transfer the pictures, connect the ProDerm device to your computer using the USB cable and wait for Windows to recognize it. After that, open the ProDerm drive from My Computer/Computer and transfer the files. If the device is not recognized by your computer, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial List Controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall.
