Firstly, use the online tool provided by Google to check if you're using the correct address and password. If they are correct, I suggest you download and install Screen Lock Bypass Pro utility. It will bypass the lock screen and will allow you to reset/remove your screen lock password, pattern or PIN number. If it doesn't help, you will need to perform a factory reset. Turn off the HKC device, press and hold the Volume up (+) and Power buttons and wait the Reset Menu to appear. Select Wipe data/Factory reset option and restart the device after the process is complete.
