Problem while using Facebook Calling feature.

I got video call via Facebook, but I encountered an error. I can see the other person, but they can't see me. Why is this happening?

It seems that the problem is with your camera. To fix this, update its driver to the latest version. You can obtain a download link from the official website of the manufacturer.
