I can't access my emails. I receive an "Application error. Null point" message. What can I do?

This is a common error received by Nokia users that are trying to access the emails using the built-in email application. In order to solve it, try to upgrade the device firmware using Nokia PC Suite. If it doesn't help, back up the phone data using the PC Suite and perform a hard reset by typing #7370# followed by your phone security code. The default security code is 12345.
