Connection to client is made but screen remains black.

When connecting to a client, connection is made, but the screen is "black". How can I solve this?

This is probably caused by an error of the application which can be solved by reinstalling the program. Also, it's a good idea to update your Java service because GoToAssist Expert is using it. If you still have problems, try to update the application to the latest version available. You can download the latest version from the official website.
