Does Sysax work directly with P12 Certificates?

While I've got your attention, will the scheduler allow me to transmit files every fifteen minutes from 8-5 M-F, 8-2 Sat, and be of the rest of the time, moving files to a successful folder upon completion and email me if it fails?
