In order to fix the issue, select System Preferences from the Apple menu, press Security & Privacy and click the Firewall tab. Press Turn Off Firewall or Stop to temporarily disable the firewall and try again. If it doesn't work, download and install the latest version of Explor@ Park from the official web page. After that, launch the program, connect the VTech product to your PC, click the 
icon and select the first option to create an account. If you already have an account, press the second button. After that, press the 
button to download games and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have issues, use the storiodirecto@vtech.com email address to get in touch with the developer.
