You can update your OS to the latest version by using the Software Update feature available on your device. You can find it under Settings -> About Device -> Software update. By doing this, the latest updates available for your device will automatically be downloaded and installed. You will need to connect your device to a WiFi network. Also, to update your device, you can use Kies.
