Problems with the Garry's mod

My screen is blue and red. I don't own any 3D things. I accidentally pressed Ctrl + Alt + Insert and my screen turned blue and red. I cannot figure out how to make the color back to normal. Can you help me?

In order to fix the problem, I recommend that you update the video card drivers. Go to Start, type dxdiag and open the utility. Click the Display tab, check your video card model. Download and install the latest drivers available from the developer's page. After that, remove the game from your PC (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and install it again.
