I need help with a report that is giving me an engine error #16 - invalid DSN name.

This is a problem with one of the services that is running beside Crystal Reports. Go to Start > Run and type services.msc. Locate the Crystal Reports services and manually restart them. Once you complete this operation, it should work normally.
