I downloaded PIDEXX 2.6.4 on my 64-bit PC, but keep getting an error message ".VAL file is out of date". How can I get the program to work correctly?

Probably one of the VAL files in /Program Files/Benzing/Pidexx/db is corrupted, and should be renamed/deleted/renewed. Try reinstalling the software.

Some say that downloading and running this software could fix this kind of problems - Pdxrbld: You can give it a try, if reinstalling the software won't fix the problem.

I had this error on Windows 7 64 bit. To fix it you need to run PideXX in Windows XP compatibility mode.
