Can't use the product because files are protected.

I can't use Fox Real Imedia converter because it says : "Failed to load! The Disc or file is protected!" How can I solve this problem?

According to the official website of the product, it seems that the application can't work with files that are copyright protected. This might be the reason why you encounter this behavior. Unfortunately, if the program doesn't have this function, you can't do anything to solve the problem.
