If you experience problems with your Neat scanner, there are a few things that you can do to fix it. A priority is to update it's driver to the latest versions available. To do this, visit the official download website. If this didn't fixed your problem, try to run the Neat application using Administrator rights. This can be done by right clicking on its desktop icon and choose Run as Administrator.
Another thing that you can try is to remove the activation file from the installation folder of the program. The default path where the program is installed is C:\ ProgramData\ The Neat Company\ Neat. From the mentioned folder, remove the NeatActivationInfo file and start the program again. This should fix your problem.
