My scanner stopped working

It takes the scanner a long time to start working properly and then it says: "An error occurred while communicating with the scanner". What can I do?

If you're using HP Photosmart Wireless B110 All-In-One scanner, access the official web page, click the Software and Drivers tab, select your operating system, and download and install the latest available files. If you're using another HP scanner, type its name in the Enter your product number and keywords field and follow the above steps. If you still have problems, I recommend contacting HP Support team.
