I use the CD Converter and it was working good for approximately a year. We purchased the program and now when I try to download a song I get an error message saying 'conversion error'. What do I need to do?
Almost all converters use codecs to decode and encode files from one file format to another. Since this problem is usually related to this, install Combined Community Codec Pack and then perform the conversion again. It should be fixed now.
