How can I install VPN Direct on my Windows XP computer?

How can I download and install the program on Windows XP operating system and also on iPad?

The official website of the developer is down. Because of this, there is no way to download and install the VPN Direct on your computer. However, the application is still available to download for iPad from iTunes review page.
