I can't activate my Defined:C dictionary.

Question

I bought the Defined:C dictionary software from National CD, Yangon in November 2013. I just installed it and I can't activate via Internet. Currently, I'm at oversea and it's not convenient to call the contact no. from the CD. Can you help me? I'm using Windows 8 and this is first time installation.

In order to fix the issue, I recommend you try to temporarily disable your security program (antivirus). After that, navigate to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall and press Turn Windows Firewall on or off. Next, check both Turn off Windows Firewall boxes and click OK:

If the issue persists, remove the utility from your computer, install it again and activate it.
