Seagate told me they no longer work with me. How to backup?
The application Seagate uses for backup is Seagate desktop. The package is compatible with Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 8. You can download it from the official website where all the downloads are located. I have installed the application and it works normally. There were no errors related to compatibility.
