After you installed the Office product on your computer, you can find all the available programs from Office bundle under Start > All Programs > Microsoft Office > Outlook. If you want to start the Outlook product when Windows starts, you need to drag the program's shortcut to the Startup folder which you can find under Start > All Programs > Startup. After you did this, reboot your PC.
