What does this error mean: "Incorrect channel count, must be between 1 to 24"? It pops up every time I wanna put my corrupted Photoshop file into the "Photoshop Fix Toolbox". What can I do?
This issue was already discussed on the official forum of the developer but there is no solution offered. This error might be caused by your corrupt file. In order to fix it, you can try using another application. I suggest you take a look at Yodot PSD Repair. Even if it's not developed by Adobe, you can still try to fix your file using it.
