Can anyone help me how to install this toolbox or how to use this please?
The toolbox is an add-on for MATLAB and works only if you have MATLAB installed on your computer. I recommend using the link posted below to download the application on your computer. Launch the installation, then follow the instructions. Additionally, download the manual of the software as well to make it easier to learn how to use it.
