The default security code that you must use in order to perform a factory reset on your Nokia device is 12345. To perform the reset, you need to go to Menu > Settings > Restore Factory Settings > Settings only. After you done this, you should be asked for the security code. Use the default code stated above (if you changed this code, enter the new one) and wait for your phone to restart.
