In order to change the settings on your Viber application to see your online contacts, open the application, tap on the Settings button from the upper right corner of the screen, tap on Settings > General tab and make sure that you have checked the Show all contacts option. By doing this, Viber will display all your contacts in the Contacts list. If you tap on any of your contacts, some additional information will be displayed regarding the status of the contact (last time he/she was online, name and other useful information).
